Comment:  A closer view of the Nevada Falls. These falls are 3 miles up the John Muir trail from the Valley Shuttle stop. The trail up to the top of Half Dome also runs by these falls. They drop 597 ft. The top of the falls is about 6000 ft. The flow over the falls is very low as it is the dry season.
