Comment:  The north northwest side of Mount Rainier. The clouds making the summit turbulence are obvious in this picture. Our flight path was planned to take us over them. Notable in this picture in the lower left is the Carbon Glacier which has several claims to fame: the lowest terminus, greatest measured thickness, and most volume of any glacier in the "lower 48". Mount Baker is visible in the distance to the right. Julie was about 12,000 ft when this picture was taken.
