Comment:  Julie on takeoff roll at Starks Twin Oaks Runway 20. The 2465'x48' runway 02/20 at Twin Oaks is a bit unusual. First it is on a slight hill with the north end of the runway about 40 feet higher than the south end. Second, there are a number of trees just off the north end of the runway requiring a steep angle to clear for either takeoff or landing. As a result the conventional traffic routine is to land going uphill on Runway 02 and take off going downhill on Runway 20, going the opposite direction.
