Comment:  This picture was the primary reason for landing at Weed. With Mount Shasta rising over 11, 000 behind them, Ed, Scott and Julie posed for the 2007 Christmas card picture. Unfortunately in this view Shastina lines up with the rest of Mount Shasta, so the mountain is not quite as impressive as it is from other angles.
