Comment:  A view of Lassen Peak (10,462'), the southern most of the big Cascades volcanoes. When this picture was taken, Julie was cruising northbound at 8,500' on the western side of the Central Valley, between Red Bluff and Redding CA. The peak is about 50 miles away.
